Zilliant is thrilled to share our newest features to improve the experience for both pricing and sales teams. We’re thinking bigger about pricing. Pricing is not just about setting prices, but includes the entire pricing lifecycle to connect teams and break data silos. This release aims to empower sellers and pricers alike. Check out what we launched in our 2025 Winter Release below. 

Empowering Sales Teams

As part of our mission to connect the pricing lifecycle, we’re resolving the disconnect between sales and pricing teams with updates to our revenue solutions. Zilliant CPQ was recently named in the 2025 Gartner® Magic Quadrant™ for Configure, Price, Quote Applications less than a year after our acquisition of the Zilliant CPQ solution, but we’re not stopping there. Our 2025 Winter Release includes new features and product updates to improve the seller experience and help sales reps close more profitable deals. 

Zilliant Agreements Management

We introduced Zilliant Agreements Management as a new product to help sellers efficiently negotiate and manage sales agreements, and we’re pleased to announce that it is now available as part of our most recent release. Zilliant Agreements Management establishes consistent and auditable sales processes for long-term deal management. Sales reps are empowered to negotiate, finalize, and amend contracted pricing with ease to remain agile in a highly dynamic market.

CPQ User Interface Upgrade (beta)

Zilliant is enhancing the end-user experience in Zilliant CPQ, empowering sales reps to tailor their quoting experience. Sellers can enjoy the ease of drag and drop layouts, data sorting, and quick search and filter functionality. Additionally, we’ve streamlined the administrative interface, so admins can apply role-based field visibility to ensure the most relevant items are surfaced to the right team members.

Improving the Pricing Experience

In 2025, we’re working on making Zilliant easier to use as pricing is such a critical component of your business that’s only becoming more important with the onslaught of tariffs and inflationary pressure. It’s key for pricing software to improve visibility, so pricing teams can react faster and implement more accurate prices.

Enhanced Error Handling

In Zilliant Price IQ, you can now confirm strategy lines are valid after upload. Pricing teams can find and fix errors more easily. If strategy lines are not valid, new error messages appear that enable you to locate and fix errors faster. Plus, you can better understand the state of your data upload with KPI cards that aggregate the number of lines in error state.
