Zilliant is excited to announce our latest product updates to help our customers and partners implement and integrate with Zilliant more easily while streamlining processes and creating more efficient workflows. Read on to learn more about what we’re delivering as part of our 2024 Fall Release. 

Simplifying Approval Processes

While quote approvals within Zilliant CPQ are key to connecting the pricing lifecycle, they can sometimes be overwhelming. Working between sales and pricing teams can be a point of friction as the risk of oversights and miscommunication is high. Our improvements ensure a smoother approval process to help foster a more collaborative environment.

• Streamlining the Zilliant CPQ Quote Approval Process - We have introduced significant improvements to the Approval gate flows and an email notification system that allows for faster decision-making and reduced bottlenecks during the approval process. These changes will lead to quicker quote turnaround time. The new, configurable notification settings allow the approval process to be tailored to your organization’s needs, eliminating unnecessary emails.

Making It Easier to Implement and Integrate with Zilliant

Looking forward to an exciting 2025, we want to close out the year by strengthening our key foundations. We strive to make Zilliant solutions more transparent and flexible, which includes making it easier to connect with the systems you use every day while streamlining some of the more tedious processes.

• Next-Gen Zilliant CPQ and SAP Sales Cloud integration - We’re enabling the synchronization of quotes from SAP Sales Cloud to Zilliant CPQ with greater flexibility. You can now create custom fields with the use of the Sales Cloud OData API without having to rely on the Zilliant engineering team. This improvement streamlines data updates and supports real-time synchronization.
• Zilliant CLI - We built a powerful command-line interface tool designed to simplify and enhance your work with Zilliant organizations (ZOrgs) by streamlining the development and deployment experience for our pricing solutions. With Zilliant CLI, you can now easily deploy anywhere, migrate configurations, or instantly configure a new environment from scratch as needed for more control over your environments.
