Rick Sorensen

Rick joined Zilliant in 2023 and serves as Chief Financial Officer. In this role, Rick is responsible for Zilliant’s finance, accounting, treasury, tax, and investor relations functions. Rick has more than twenty-five years of experience in software and SaaS and considerable experience leading small and large business organizations, including serving as Chief Financial Officer of three private equity-backed software, SaaS, payments, and tech-enabled services businesses. Rick most recently served as Chief Financial Officer of Vitech, a leading cloud-native administration, engagement, and analytics software provider to the Insurance and Retirement marketspace. Prior to Vitech, Rick served as Chief Financial Officer of Stack Sports. Prior to that, he was the Chief Financial Officer at Insurity. He also held leadership positions at LexisNexis, ChoicePoint, and Equifax. 

Rick holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Business Administration from Bryant University.
