Dr. Maciej Kraus has dedicated over twenty years to mastering and innovating in the field of pricing. His career spans corporate roles, consulting, academia, and entrepreneurship (he build a pricing advisory and sold it to PwC), with a focus on developing pricing strategies and technologies. Maciej's comprehensive expertise in pricing has established him as a leading figure in the industry, frequently mentioned on influential pricing lists and interviewed by notable business journals such as Harvard Business Review and Forbes.
As a guest lecturer at Stanford University's Graduate School of Business since 2019, Maciej has also shared his knowledge at other prestigious institutions, including the London School of Economics, the University of Hong Kong, and IESE Business School.
An accomplished author, Maciej has written three books on pricing, including “The Naked Mind: Shortcuts to Sales - Neuromarketing Overview for Profitability and Business Success,” which explores the behavioral aspects of pricing, and “Future of Pricing: A Guide to the Next 10 Years of AI,” which examines AI applications in price optimization. His TED Talk on behavioral pricing, which has garnered almost 200,000 views, demonstrates his ability to engage a broad audience with complex pricing subjects.
Maciej holds an M.A. in Economics from the Warsaw School of Economics, a Ph.D. from the University of Warsaw and postgraduate degrees from Harvard Business School and Stanford Graduate School of Business. Maciej is also an ICF-certified business coach
